Here's how it works:
Place your order online by 5pm on any day of the week and your order will be available to collect in store from 12noon the following day.
If you place your order after 5pm, it will be available for collection the day after tomorrow (i.e. an order placed after 5pm on Monday will be available for collection from 12noon on Wednesday).
If you are collecting your order from our Belfast or Dundrum store, please allow 48 hours for delivery (i.e. an order placed before 5pm on Monday will be available for collection from 12noon on Wednesday).
If you wish to collect your order from the City or Cirencester stores, please be aware that these stores do not open on Sundays.
Whichever store you choose, we will send you a text message and email when your items are ready for collection at your chosen store.
The Buy & Collect service is available for most, but not all, items online. Therefore, we suggest you check the individual product pages to see whether the item is available for this service.
When you arrive in store, please go to the Buy & Collect desk to pick up your order. Details of this can be found on our store pages or simply ask a member of staff in store.

If you would like someone else to collect the order on your behalf, they must bring both the above to the Buy & Collect desk, plus your written permission.
If, for any reason, you are unable to collect your order when it’s ready, please contact the store to arrange an alternative date for collection. But, don't worry, we will keep your order at your chosen store for seven (7) days from the date of delivery to the store.
After this period, you will be contacted and offered the opportunity to extend the collection date or to have a refund via your original method of payment. The item/s will then be returned to our warehouse.

Free Delivery
There is no charge for the professional 'direct to your door' delivery service, regardless of how many items you order (There is a small additional charge of £6.99 for Rapid Delivery and an additional charge of £9.79 for Northern Ireland).
Multiple Deliveries
If you order your appliances together they will be delivered together, regardless of how many different products or brands that you order!
Quick and Efficient Service
All appliances come from a central warehouse and are normally available for UK mainland delivery within 3-7 days (this is slightly longer for Northern Ireland, typically within 14 days). A rapid delivery service is available on selected appliances, which takes as little as two days to be delivered (excluding Northern Ireland).
Commitment Dates
Delivery is available to all UK mainland postcodes 7 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays for £9.99 extra. (This excludes Northern Ireland and selected postcodes for the Isle of White).
4-Hour Delivery Slots
You will receive a call the evening before your delivery between 7:30 and 10:00 to confirm your 4 hour delivery slot.

Professional Two-man Delivery Teams
All deliveries are carried out by a fully trained, professional two man team to ensure that your appliances are carried safely into a room of your choice.
Connection
Your new appliances can be connected for a small additional charge of £14.99 to save you the hassle of having to book your own fitter at an average cost of £80.
Receive your delivery on a specified day, Monday to Friday, between 7.30am and 6pm
Delivery is only available to the UK and EIRE. This does not include delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, the Scilly Isles, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
Once settlement is received and the furniture is available, our Home Delivery provider will contact you to arrange delivery. The initial offer of delivery will be for a specific day, depending on the location of the delivery address. The delivery company will contact you the day before delivery with a 2 hour delivery window. If the delivery date is unsuitable, then an alternative date will be offered.
Upon delivery the crew will ask you to inspect the packaging for any sign of damage. Please take some time to ensure everything is in order.
Most deliveries will be made to the room of your choice, where the crew will unpack and assemble your Furniture or Bed**. Once again you will be asked to inspect the item for any sign of damage. Having inspected the product, you will be asked to sign a customer’s satisfaction note. Please take the time to fill in as much detail as possible, so that we can continue to improve our delivery service. All wrapping will be removed after inspection.
Should you prefer not to have goods unpacked, please inspect the packaging for damage. The delivery team will unwrap the goods for inspection and then re-cover the product using the original packaging.

Orders placed with Flexa UK Ltd will be delivered by Masters Logistics Ltd. Flexa UK Ltd will confirm the order, while Masters Logistics Ltd will be in touch to agree a specific date and time. You will be contacted by email to confirm the delivery date.
When your order arrives, you will be able to inspect the product before signing for delivery.
Each order will include a delivery note with return instructions and contact details for Flexa UK Ltd.

If you cannot accommodate for the delivery of the goods within 21 working days, then a storage charge to hold the goods on your behalf will be payable directly to the courier.
If there is no one available to accept the delivery on the day agreed with the courier, an £80 charge for redelivery will be payable directly to the courier. If you are unable to accommodate the delivery, you must inform us at least 24hrs in advance of the delivery day to arrange another date at no extra charge. However, if the revised delivery date exceeds 21 days from the date of the original delivery, a storage charge may apply and the goods will not be redelivered until this has been paid.
All Customer Services enquiries, whether presale or returns, need to go through the call centre.
Fitness Returns
Fitness products may not be returned to stores.
Please ensure that products are returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been assembled or installed. Please ensure that goods are in the original packaging.
If returning large equipment a collection charge of £20 will be deducted from the refund. If returning fitness accessories, the customer must send the goods back to the supplier - i.e. the Connection Fitness Warehouse - at their own expense.
All collections will be arranged by Connection Fitness. House of Fraser will issue a refund once the goods have been returned.
If the goods are faulty/damaged, then collection and refund may be free of charge, however in the first instance Connection Fitness would look to remedy this via an engineer visit, for larger equipment.
You will be prompted to choose a specific day to suit you. Order before 12noon if you would like your TV delivered tomorrow.
The first available delivery day for orders placed after 12pm on Friday or any time on Saturday or Sunday is Tuesday. We are not able to give you a specific delivery time.

PAXTON & WHITFIELD DIRECT DESPATCH DETAILS
• Paxton & Whitfield despatch Monday to Wednesday on a next day delivery basis (Tues, Weds or Thurs.)
• As some of these products are perishables, Paxton & Whitfield do not deliver on Fridays, to prevent orders being stored over the weekend.
• Paxton & Whitfield use UPS Standard Delivery service, which is a next day delivery service (Tuesday to Thursday between 9am and 6pm).
• The customer must ensure that someone is in between these hours to sign for the delivery on the date specified for delivery.
• The customer must provide a daytime contact number for the recipient in the event that Paxton & Whitfield may encounter difficulties with the delivery.
• Paxton & Whitfield will only use this information to contact the recipient, regarding the delivery of the order.
Delivery Instructions
• It is a signed for delivery. If a signature is unobtainable, the parcel will be stored until further instructions are given.
• Delivery instructions are given at the customer’s risk. E.g. ‘Leave in garage if no-one is in’.
• Paxton & Whitfield cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery of goods, if insufficient or inaccurate details are supplied. In the event of non-delivery due to insufficient or inaccurate details, the customer will be charged for delivery and the value of the goods will not be refunded.
• For UK mainland delivery (excluding Highlands and Islands), Paxton & Whitfield charges £10, to cover postage and packaging, including chilled, insulated packaging where appropriate.
Substitutions
• Part of the attraction of artisan food is that it varies from season to season, so product may not taste identical each time. Should an item become unavailable, Paxton & Whitfield will substitute with a product considered equal in terms of style and value.
• If an order has not been received or the customer is unhappy with the order, they must contact House of Fraser within 24 hours of anticipated delivery.
Returns and Refunds
• Should a customer wish to return a product, they should contact House of Fraser. Paxton & Whitfield will determine whether a credit will be issued to the client.
• Paxton & Whitfield are unable to accept the return of perishable products.
Cancellations
• Paxton & Whitfield reserve the right not to accept or to cancel any order, once accepted, without penalty.
Age Restrictions
• Sales of alcohol and knives are restricted to those of the age of 18 and over.
Optional Extras
• Customers are able to have a gift message included with their order at no extra cost. Paxton & Whitfield are able to provide a quote for further bespoke requirements.

To protect our customers from fraudulent credit card use, all orders are subject to security screening and if any irregularities are found, the order may not be processed.
Deliveries outside the UK are subject to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions. To comply with local legislation, you or the recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees or levies, import duty or formal customs entry may apply to all products purchased from us. Please ensure that you enter the correct international delivery address and postcode. If the address is entered incorrectly or if customs duties or formal customs entry are required, the delivery may be delayed. We are unable to offer you any assistance if either issue arises.
Please note that many countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. You are responsible for checking with the local customs authorities before placing an order for international delivery. We are unable to offer you any assistance in this regard. If the international delivery is outside the EU, is it advisable to keep your total basket value below the customs duty threshold of the destination country. Please check thresholds and duties for the international delivery address before placing an order. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from us, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Please also note that for international deliveries: any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; and the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labelling requirements.
